Abstract

Summary

The study revealed an approach to taking into account ecological and economic risks of construction projects at the stage of public procurement in the field of road infrastructure. The proposed approach is based on taking into account non-price criteria in the process of evaluating the subject of procurement with the use of an automated system for assessing the impact on the environment of the construction project, which is based on the use of GIS and geospatial databases. The analyzed results of the stakeholder survey made it possible to confirm the need to introduce non-price criteria into the evaluation procedure of both the subject of procurement and the potential contractor. It is suggested to use environmental requirements to materials used for road construction and auxiliary works or/and to the organization and execution of works.
