Abstract

Summary

As a result of the war waged by the russians against Ukraine, dozens of cities and hundreds of enterprises were destroyed, and catastrophic environmental changes occurred due to the enemy’s actions. All this information must be stored and processed for further damage assessment and compensation. In this regard, there is a need for software solutions that will help to record and visually display data about entirely or partially destroyed objects of critical, social and residential infrastructure. The main goal of the work is to improve the analytics module in the previously developed system of fixation of destruction. The concept of SPA was used when creating the system. The developed system is universal, which is its advantage compared to existing solutions; this system provides more opportunities for data analysis due to the division of the map into three levels, a separate analytics module and the ability to export data for more detailed study. The developed system can become an auxiliary element in the risk management system for projects to restore the infrastructure of Ukraine. It should help the Ukrainian government, both at the regional and level of individual communities, determine the areas most affected by russian aggression.
