Abstract

Summary

With the improvement of oil and gas exploration and development, the favorable exploration targets have gradually shifted to thin reservoirs and lithological traps, so the accuracy of seismic inversion and reservoir prediction is increasingly required. Due to the limitation of the limited frequency bandwidth of seismic data, the traditional inversion method cannot accurately predict the 3D spatial distribution of thin reservoirs. In this paper, a high precision seismic motion inversion method is used to accurately identify thin sandstone reservoirs in Bohai oilfield, and the good application results have been obtained.
