oa Facies Impact on CO2 Injectivity, Connectivity and Containment in Open Saline Aquifer in Eastern Saudi Arabia

The significance of reservoir facies having good connectivity for effective and efficient CO2 injection was identified from the injection procedures conducted. This study uses seismic, well data and associated dynamic well information to assess and understand the impact of facies in CO2 injectivity, connectivity and containment in none confined trapping system like in the Saline Open Aquifer System.
