Abstract

Summary

The study and generalization of materials on the structure of oil deposits and gas condensate deposits at the central and southeastern parts of the Precarpathian foredeep, the conditions of formation and their spatial location were conducted. As the results of our research have shown, within the boundaries of the Precarpathian foredeep, the sources of deep hydrocarbon inflow are located in autochthonous deposits, where the Precarpathian deep fault intersects with Ratochynskyi, Stryiskyi, Krakovetsko-Verkhovynckyi, Tiachivsko-Monastyryshchenskyi and Pokutskyi faults. It was established that from such sources, which are located in the bottom part of the thrust flysch complex, deep hydrocarbons migrated along numerous leading tectonic disturbances and filled separate traps. We believe that the main basis for the search for new deposits at significant depths in this foredeep zone should be data on the features of the already explored hydrocarbon deposits at the upper structural floors. The resulting regularities of the spatial arrangement of hydrocarbon deposits and the conditions of their formation will make it possible to predict promising areas in the thrust rocks complex.
