Abstract

Summary

Air pollution is one of the most pressing environmental problems of modern Ukraine. Industrial enterprises, energy complexes and other stationary sources of pollution annually emit a significant amount of harmful substances that negatively affect the environment and public health. Monitoring emissions of metals, nitrogen compounds and chlorine is especially important, as these substances can cause serious environmental and medical consequences, including deterioration of air quality, destruction of the ozone layer and increased morbidity among the population.
