Abstract

Summary

The article presents the results of detecting an explosion at the Kakhovka HPP dam on June 5, 2023, using seismic and infrasound methods are presented. The main parameters of the event—time, location, and energy—were determined. The analysis of the registered signals indicates that the explosion occurred at the dam. Yield estimates calculated by two methods correlate with each other. The obtained objective results can be used as evidence in the investigation.
