Abstract

Summary

The problems that arise during the processing of geological and geophysical data from laboratory and downhole studies are caused by various physical factors, including the structure of the reservoir rock, the type of matrix cement, and the presence of various minerals in its composition. The paper presents a methodology that allows taking into account the peculiarities of the structure of reservoir rocks, the choice of the optimal rate of descent of RC devices and the time of the integrating cell, and performs the corresponding calculations for reservoir models of different thicknesses. The result of the mathematical modeling is a nomogram that helps to select the optimal gamma-ray logging modes for geological sections with different formation thicknesses
