Abstract

Summary

Presented materials considers the results of the features of contaminated and disturbed soils remediation investigations in the zones of military influence in Slobozhanske OTG Chuguiv district, Kharkiv region, using bioremediation methods and biological products produced in Ukraine. It was established that the application of the mycopreparation Hetomik and the soil improver Groundfix ensured an effective improvement of the black soils ecological state in the agrocenoses of the territories affected by military operations. Based on the results of field and laboratory researches, the effectiveness of the application biological products and their recommended doses on contaminated by Cd, Pb, Cr, Cu soils were determined. Background levels of heavy metals (HM) in highly buffered soils of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine, a buffered ammonium acetate solution with pH 4.8, and an 1 N HCL were used to characterize the state of HM metals various forms in the soil, which provided objectivity and increased efficiency in diagnosing the features of contaminated soils bioremediation using biological products and assessing of the soil ecological state under military influence.
