Abstract

Summary

Borehole images can provide a wealth of detailed geological data, but confidence in interpretations can decrease away from the wellbore. We present real-world examples of how image interpretations can be combined between wells and with other information types, to help extend understanding of the sub-surface geology away from the immediate vicinity of the borehole.
