Abstract

Summary

Northern Lights offers CO2 transport and storage as a service. Monitoring the storage complex throughout the phases of CO2-injection – pre-injection, active injection and post-injection is key to ensure safe and reliable operation. Northern Lights has developed in-house CO2 monitoring dashboards, with intuitive interfaces, which allows for daily cross-disciplinary monitoring of CO2 injection in the storage complex. This allows us to confirm safe storage in the targeted hydraulic unit, and to demonstrate the success of effective and safe CO2 storage.
