Uranium and thorium concentrations (ppm eU and ppm eTh) obtained from the gamma-ray spectrometry airborne survey of the São Timóteo Project (uraniferous province of Lagoa Real - Bahia, Brazil, CNEN, 1979) has been compared with terrestrial data concentrations measured by the "Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP)" carried out during the years 1998-2003 in the same area.
