Abstract

The results of GPR profiling executed to investigate the subsurface under two gas stations are presented. The correlation of the GPR data to the local groundwater flux and to the gathered information about the gas stations history aloud to classify the<br>subsurface of one of the stations as suspect of contamination and the other as probably contaminated. The GPR signature for the contamination was intense low reflection zones overlying zones of normal reflections.
