Detecção De Fraturas Através De Avo/Avd De Ondas Qp E Suas Convertidas Em Meios Anisotrópicos

We investigate the detection of fractures orientation<br>through AVO/AVD analysis of qP and its converted<br>waves. Linearized approximations for the reflection<br>coefficients are used to invert exact multiazimuth<br>reflection coefficients for density and elastic<br>parameters contrast. Though converted waves are<br>sensitive to fractures strike and dip, the SVD analysis<br>of the linearized inversion shows that qP reflection<br>data is necessary to recover the fractures orientation.
