The results of many years experience on NML method application for the determination of the reservoir<br>main filtering-capacitance parameters is given in the report according to the date in the territory of Russia.<br>It is given an evaluation of the method efficiency, analyzed disadvantages combined with the mud effect<br>and the results testifying the possibility of complete elimination of the effect to the NML readings.<br>It is considered the main trends of the NML method improvement.
