Abstract

S044 LARGE SCALE FRACTURING FROM IDENTIFICATION TO RESERVOIR MODEL INTEGRATION - A CASE STUDY Summary This paper describes a field case on a deep fractured onshore gas field where the challenges of characterising large size fracturing objects of primary dynamic impact despite a poor-quality seismic coverage have been overcome leading to a complete redefinition of the reservoir model. 1 Sources of information were extensively analysed : outcrops studies aerial photography and satellite imagery well imagery cores. These complementary but dispersed analyses were then put in coherence through the use of innovative tools developed in-house. The resulting synthesis enabled a proper
