Abstract
The analysis and prediction of environmental conditions of Kyiv was defined through using Forrester-Graham urban dynamics mode. The modified imitating model which includes possibilities of assimilation of remote sensing information is developed. The proposed model makes it possible to modeling and predict, based on the actual conditions, the changes in the environment of urban areas under the influence of various factors and providing appropriate services in the city the opportunity to respond to the consequences. On its basis the integrated estimation of a Kiev-city environment state during 1994 --2013 has been defined and the forecast till 2025 is given
