Abstract
The effectiveness of geostatistics was presented by describing the history of the Top Cal horizons recovery that are normally invisible in wave field because of their week acoustic impedance contrast to overlying anhydrite and anhydrite thickness being below seismic resolution. The area of case study being dealt with in presented publication is located in the Permian Basin of the Polish Lowlands.
