f A Software Package for Modelling Sedimentation and Thermal History of Sedimentary Basins

The package incIudes programs for modeling the sedimentary basis evolution when the rates of basement movement and parameters for depositional and denudation processes, as well as parameters that determine physical properties of sedimentary layers are known (forward problems). The package also includes programs for modeling the sedimentary structures formed under the vertical and horizontal movements, as well as programs for mathematical modeling of evolution of passive continental margins. During the process of the modeling the program computes the displacement of boundaries of sedimentary cover and of the lithosphere, temperature distribution within the sediments and the thermal regime within the crust and mantle, time-temperature indices.
