Abstract
Srem is situated in the territory of the Autonomous Region of Vojvodina, and actually spreads over south - western part of Pannonian depression which consists of rolling alluvial plain alongside the Sava river, mountain region on the right bank of the Danube, and the Fruska gora mountain.
