Abstract
A number of stratigraphic traps were identified and de-risked through SRAK’s Upper Paleozoic Play Based Exploration project. The essential component was the recognition of thickening seismic geometries off-structure that were related to potential Nuayyim Formation (Unayzah ‘A’ Reservoir Unit) sandstone development and/or Jawb Member (Unayzah ‘B’ Reservoir Unit) onlap.
