Development of photographic GIS database for assessing the state of the geological environment urban areas

Today the geological problem of the cities is one of the most important and widely discussed topics. The main focus now is the problem of urbanization and the role of Geology in addressing issues of urban development, planning of urban development and sustainable development of urbanized society. The overall goal of this research is the creation a cartographic GIS data base for geo-environmental assessment of the areas of Kiev.
