Abstract

Summary

We focus on the traveltime function of S-wave in homogeneous acoustic TTI media. We illustrate the mapping of S-wave slowness surface and moveout function from an acoustic VTI medium to an acoustic TTI medium. We computed one-way and two-way S-wave moveout in TTI media. The properties for a converted wave in acoustic TTI medium are defined.
