Abstract

Summary

This paper delivers the journey of redefining our business process as government institution, with digital transformation to create data-driven decision-making that powered by technology, along with some challenges and opportunities in terms of its development and implementation. The transformation consists of 4 stages: Data Collection, Digitization, Digitalization and Digital Transformation. As the project progressed since 2016, every aspect is done collaboratively in parallel and rapidly, also reinforced by the Government with the launching of new regulation that accentuate on data openness. The results are efficency in business process and notably increase exploration investments in Indonesia.
