P06 CO2 PILOT INJECTION AT IVANIĆ OIL FIELD – NUMERICAL SIMULATION Abstract Martina Tuschl Snježana Šunjerga Dragutin Domitrović INA-Naftaplin Subiceva 29 10000 Zagreb Croatia An important part of recent EOR activities in Croatia is the ongoing pilot injection of carbon dioxide at Ivanić oil field involving one injection well two producers and two observation wells. Target for CO2 injection is Gamma 2/4 the deepest oil-producing sandstone reservoir in Ivanić and currently the second CO2 slug is being injected (out of the originally planned 5). According to the water-alternating-gas (WAG) scheme each intermittent CO2 and water slug lasts for 6 months.
