Abstract

Independents, small and large, are rapidly shifting towards the use of advanced technology in search of oil and gas. Drastic reduction in computer hardware costs and availability of comprehensive geophysical software suites offer improved tools to the explorationist at reasonable costs. These new technologies can help alleviate persistent data problems for the interpreter.
