Abstract
P308 On Permeability Attributes of a Reservoir Layer N.L. Baransky (Paradigm Geophysical) E.A. Kozlov* (Paradigm Geophysical) O.Y. Kirseleva (Paradigm Geophysical) E.A. Davydova (Rosneft) M.L. Afanasiev (Rosneft) & A. Lowrie (Consultant) SUMMARY Several seismic attributes were proposed recently to map permeability using particulars of frequency content of reflected wavetrains. Some attributes are expected to show increase of relative content of high frequencies with the increase of permeability while other attributes assumed just the reversed regularity. Actually both these kinds of proportionality were observed. Here we provide a possible explanation of these observations using effective model of a permeable dual porosity layer
