Abstract
This paper describes integrated logging is of use to characterize geotecnical properties of the strata in the entrance area of Tokyo Bay, 40 km offshore to the south of Tokyo, Japan (Fig. 1). Temperature, magnetic susceptibility, spontaneous potential, natural gamma spectrum, full wave sonic and density logs along with VSP were carried out in a well at the center of the Uraga Channel with 10 km wide between the Miura and the Boso Peninsulas.
