Abstract
Porosity and permeability are the most important parameters of reservoir rocks. Experiences show that there may be substantial differences in the permeabilities of sedimentary rocks with similar porosity. These differences are always caused by the differences in pore structure. Pore spare distribution is a method of the numerical characterization of pore structure. Pores which are behind the pore throats with 36 .77 A of size can be measured at 2000 bars maximum pressure.
